I had a bit of trouble with the room I booked. The blackout curtain did not fully cover the window. This let a lot of light in at night. I also found the bed was too firm for my liking. The pillows seemed mismatched and not very supportive.

The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly. It just displayed a spanner symbol. this forced us to open the window, exposing us to a lot of noise from the town centre. there were only two pillows provided, insufficient for our needs.
